At work for our Christmas party, we had pizza for lunch then spent the rest of the day decorating gingerbread houses in teams. We each were given a gingerbread house kit and a gingerbread tree kit and had 2 weeks to plan. We decided to do Santa's beach house with a lighthouse. Everything had to be edible (to prove that our corn husk roof was edible, one of our team members ate some...ha!). Here are some pictures from my phone - not the best quality, but what do you do?
