Lately

Last weekend we went camping at Bruneau with the Hegstroms.  We got Clara a little camp chair at a garage sale and she was so excited to use it camping.  These are the only pictures I got of the excursion, but there was fun had by all.  Clara was dirty and loving it the entire time!

Since we live in Caldwell now we have orchard assignments instead of cannery assignments.  We have decided it is more fun to go to the orchard than the cannery.  Okay, I've actually never been to the cannery, but Adam tells me it is so! :)  Last night we thinned peaches.  Clara came along and played hide and seek with some girls there. 

We bought a car a couple weekends ago.  It is another Subaru, but one that gets much better gas mileage (if you read my last ranting post).  Adam flew to Seattle to pick it up and drove home all in one day.  What a trooper!  It was such a good deal that it was worth it.

Adam's boss said we could have his Rainbow play set if we came and took it down.  It took two hours for Adam and his friend to take it down and load it up in a trailer, then a couple nights to set it up.  So, now we have a ginormous play set outside with a slide and swings and all sorts of other shenanigans.  Lucky ducks...I know!  Adam works lots of long hours, but there are benefits! :) ha!

We haven't decided what we're doing for the fourth yet, but it should be fun!  I hope you all enjoy the weekend celebrating our country and all those who have given their lives for liberty!  We are truly blessed!
